Shared Savings Shared savings is a necessary part of the cost-plus agreement. Most Contractors, will understand their fiduciary responsibility to the Owner and will act responsibly with spending the. As a customer, you may want to know how much something costs the builder. With a Fixed Price contract, generally, the Owner doesn't have the contractual right to this information, and thus, the contra.

Choice Builders is an amazing company to work for. The attention to detail is amazing and only surpassed by the care for our clients. Each question or concern presented by our clients is taken seriously and addressed from the time we are designing their homes to beginning of construction through and beyond when our clients move into their homes. I am very proud to be working for a company that takes such an interest in our clients and considers them friends, not just customers, taking the time to understand what they want in their homes and helping them to achieve their dreams.

We have worked with Choice Builders a number of times. Choice Builders recently completed our new Student Activity Center. on our campus at Mountain Springs Preparatory Academy. This impressive new building was a huge project. Roger and his team helped us through each step of the process from developing the original plans, making construction choices and the finishing choices. At times a project this big can feel daunting, but Roger and his team made the process feel streamlined. The finished building is BEAUTIFUL. We love it and our students love it too.

For years we had dreams of building a custom house in Parowan. When we decided to seriously pursue the idea, we knew the first step would be to hire a contractor. We interviewed several builders, but were immediately impressed with Roger and Choice Builders. Roger was extremely helpful as we laid out our vision for the house, guiding us in the right direction and ultimately coming up with a design concept we loved.
