Dr. Stephanie Eldridge and Dr. Amir Shirmohammad founded Trinity Family Physicians in 2007. Both doctors were born and well-trained in the USA. In fact, they both grew up in the Tampa Bay area and since returning home they care for their childhood friends, teachers, coaches, neighbors, mentors, your friends and neighbors and hopefully you!

The practice is unique as they are a husband and wife team. This makes them better able to care for all of your family's needs through every stage of your and your family's life. Detailed list of medications with dosage that you are currently on and the actual medication bottles. Hospital follow-up visit: Please bring any records from the hospital and sign a medical release prior to your appointment. Once you have been established as a patient with us, we strive to see sick adult patients within a 24 hour period.

I had to to write a review so I go into an appointment today and next thing you know I’m standing there waiting to be checked in and the young lady and the older lady next to her decides to say to where I can literally hear it that I wish they wouldn’t just stand there and the other lady stated I know and the other lady said I hate that when they… do that and I literally stated do you want me to go sit down I just got done having a stress test so I did not want to sit down and I felt that I don’t want to sit down I didn’t have to but it was very rude of those two

Went to drop off paperwork today and had to wait. I was wearing a mask - as they state everyone needs to for the entire time they are present - however I only saw 1 staff member wearing one and the other person in the waiting room did not have a mask but did have a cough. SMH 🤦‍♀️
