This redesign/new tool for creating license plates is awful! I wanted to do a reorder without the gloss (because the background looks green instead of black) after I tweaked my recent design. Now all of my previous designs (my history) are gone, and the only thing I have access to are orders from 2018 & 2019. You still can't open them and edit anything. Trying to create from scratch is annoyingly difficult, and I'm so over it. I won't be using this site again as long as it stays this way. You had a good thing. The only changes I would have liked to see were a way to create

When I sent the image of what I wanted on my License Plate, I made sure the color codes matched the text I added to go along with it, but for some reason... the text came out a different color "red" than the rest of the image on the Plate when both colors were supposed to be exactly the same color red. lol
Besides that, the rest was great. But I really do need the text and the image to be the exact same color red for this project to work.

I received the sign only to find out I had no way to support and stick it in the ground. I called to find out their stake for this particular was discontinued. The customer service rep did rise to the occasion and ordered me a new sign with the stake. The sign came in just three days later. (Meanwhile we rigged some wood stakes to hold the first sign that we got).
His actions are commendable and I will order again.
There is one thing I would like to point out and that is the red balloons on the signage are too small. Maybe I was supposed to enlarge them?

This was a employee appreciation function thanking the production staff for keeping the company viable during the covid pandemic. There was a drive by parade with vehicles decorated showing appreciation for the employees that make the products thar BAS sells. They had a social distance picnic afterwards. BAS is a great company to work for and has put employee health and safety 1st through out the pandemic. I highly recommend them for all of your sign, banner or t-shirt needs.

BuildASign is the worst company I have ever ordered from. They screwed up my order over a month ago and I still can't get them to issue the refund. The finished product looked nothing like the proof. Please don't make the same mistake I did. BuildASign is a horrible company and you will spend hours trying to get them to help you if / when something goes wrong.

I just had an absolutely fantastic eXperience with Build-A-Sign. First off our relationship with eXp Realty & Build-A-Sign is increible in regards to pricing!
I called and we have a dedicated person to talk to since we're at eXp and he was insanely helpful! When I checked out I must've forgot to check "grommet holes" on the top. Not sure how that happened, but I just called once they arrived and they are sending me 3 brand new signs with the holes in them.... NO QUESTIONS ASKED!! Wow, what a refreshing level of service from any company!

Ordered a banner on Saturday 5/24 with expedited shipping. The party is on 5/30. I live an hour away. I replied to email that the proof was fine. Did not get reply. I called and was told that they never got the email that the proof was fine. I asked if I could pick it up. Was told that it was not even made and would not be made until another 4 days. Wow, so much for expediting the order. I offered to pick it up so I would not need to wait for it in the mail. Was told that they do not allow pick ups. I should have read the reviews before ordering. I am now another unsatisfied customer. Bottom line

I purchased a custom license plate where I chose their background and put my graphic on it. I chose black (their black), not mine. I gave them my graphic and the plate arrived a dark green. I was told they couldn't get it any more black. It was not black at all! It was dark green! Not happy with the purchase. Dark green plate on a black vehicle is very noticeable.
