All Ways Well is an Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine practice located in La Center, Washington belonging to Rebecca M H Kitzerow, LAc, MAcOM. Rebecca is a licensed acupuncturist dedicated to helping you achieve your health and wellness goals by using a combination of acupuncture, foot reflexology, lifestyle, nutritional and dietary recommendations and Chinese herbology.
Your path to wellness begins when you choose your starting point - Acupuncture treatment, Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture or Foot Reflexology. Insurance billing is available for acupuncture treatment and Rebecca is contracted with most major insurers. Non contracted providers can also be billed out of network.
My journey to becoming a Chinese Medicine provider started when I was 9 years old growing up in Pacifica, California - just outside San Francisco where I was born. My mother was (mis)diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis and when western medicine provided no answer or relief, she turned to Chinese medicine and found help.
Traditional Chinese Medicine is based on the principle of Qi or Vital Energy and that your Vital Energy and physical body are intimately intertwined. Essentially, where Qi goes the body will follow and vice versa. Therefore, when your Qi is in balance, your physical, mental and emotional self will also be in balance.
They carry an additional charge based on time performed as part of or in addition to treatment. All providers can bill any plan that includes Out of Network coverage, that is an Auto Insurance (PIP) claim and all Worker's Comp claims. All Ways Well does NOT accept Oregon Health Plan, Aetna, Cigna or Humana at this time, though practitioners can provide you with a superbill which you can submit for reimbursement after treatment if you prefer.

I absolutely love Rebecca! Her online scheduling is awesome and very easy to use. Everything feels safe and cleaning in the time of Covid. She really listens and has helped me figure out issues I wasn't even coming to see her for. She's gentle and knowledgeable. Her acupuncture and massage treatment is incredible! I highly recommend!

I live in Beaverton, but I make the drive out to La Center at least once a month to visit Rebecca's office. She's worth it! Rebecca's compassion, wisdom and skill set her apart from other acupuncture experiences I've had. I've been seeing her for several years now, and in that time I've come to understand my body and mind in a completely new way! The cherry on top is that I only owe a modest co-pay for each visit. I can't urge you strongly enough to make an appointment and see what happens next!

I have been seeing Rebecca for about a year now and absolutely love her! I already have recommended her to several friends and coworkers. Rebecca's work is simply excellent. I've had an injured wrist since I was 12 and have spent all of the years since restricting my activities in some way, or putting up with pain to stay active.
I had tried acupuncture before but as I'm terrified of needles, it gave me anxiety attacks. And then I found Rebecca and everything changed! In three sessions she created so much change in my wrist that I have been able to permanently resolve my wrist pain over the last two months. Her work opened my wrist in ways that allowed my bodyworker to get in there and clean up the tissue restrictions

5/14/08 Update: I never would have believed it. I went to Rebecca for pain relieve from uterine fibroids and they actually got smaller! I just had a pelivic ultrasound which confirmed the positive change. The supplements and treatments have made a big difference. Obvisously I couldn't be happier.
