Curtis S. Fallgatter has practiced law for over 30 years. He was a federal prosecutor in Jacksonville, Florida for 17 years, and was the Chief Assistant, supervising some 20 lawyers, handling some of the biggest cases in the office.
He contributes extensive trial expertise gained through numerous high-profile criminal cases, and leadership capabilities through past supervision of a large number of lawyers in criminal and civil cases in the U.S. Attorney's Office.For the past two decades, he has been in private practice, defending the rights of clients in criminal cases.

Harold H. Catlin is a lifelong Jacksonville native, and has been practicing law for over 30 years. He is a member of both The Florida Bar and the State Bar of Georgia, and has handled litigation and appeals throughout both states. Mr. Catlin specializes in civil litigation, including personal injury, wrongful death, commercial issues, insurance coverage, medical malpractice and product liability.
Lisa Paquette Varon has practiced criminal law in Jacksonville for more than 20 years. She was an Assistant Public Defender in the Fourth Judicial Circuit from 1991 to 2001, where she represented clients in state court charged with crimes ranging from DUI's and traffic offenses to sex offenses, white collar crimes and homicides.

Back in July of this year (2021) three truck loads of teenagers came to our home to assault our 14 year old son. One did assault him and my husband prevented the others from attacking by firing his handgun into the ground. The assault ended and I attempted to follow the teenagers to locate their parents however their careless driving made me not pursue them. Later that evening an officer came to our property and concluded we were in the right, closed the case, and pursued charges against the teen that assaulted our son. 5 days later the officer returned and we provided a written statement. 2 weeks
