As a user of the MobileMe services, I had questions after learning that MobileMe will be discontinued and the new iCloud service will take it's place. Although there are details that Apple has not released yet, the bottom line is that whenever transitioning from one service to another - it should be done in a planned fashion.
With offices in San Francisco and Palo Alto, we are well situated to head North or South, offering coverage of the top towns on the Peninsula. If your system requires hardware service, we can coordinate your repair with the Apple Store and provide preferential treatment. If your system is to be repaired, we offer a Loaner Program to make sure you have a working computer to use while yours is repaired.

Wooohoooo! Yes, Ken is as good as it gets. I came to systeMacs with a problem with my Drobo RAID storage system after upgrading to High Sierra. Ken was able to fix my problem and provide me with proactive recommendations for optimizing my work flow in the future. Ken is efficient, professional, and a Mac wizard.

I do not have enough space to write my feeling on the company or Ken...they are just AMAZING!

He came to our "whole family" in a time of "Computer turmoil" and needless to say, he saved the day! On a more technical side, Ken had all the latest and greatest tools for our MacBookPro need. As our MBP was only a few months old, and is a "Mac daddy" buildout version of the unit, as well, which made things not so easy to just get fixed.

We needed someone who could not just help, but had the right equipment to do the work...Ken had both and best of all he does everything

Ken is awesome. His knowledge of anything IT related is vast and substantial. And he also understands things from a business perspective. He's very quick and efficient, which is highly appreciated since he bills on an hourly basis, but he also takes the time to explain recommendations or how he resolved issues so that we can make better informed decisions.

Ken is efficient, quick, professional, knowledgeable, and highly qualified. I had WiFi problems that had gone on for years, and no one could seem to get the system to consistently work. He redesigned the system, recommended the equipment needed, and voila! I feel like I lucked out big time in finding him.

Ken is simply great. I am a working commercial photographer and educator. I own 4 macs, my wife and kids add three more into the mix. If you use a mac for work and need up time you should have Ken on speed dial...(OK nobody uses speed dial anymore, nevertheless, he needs to be in your contacts list.) Ken helped me recover from a catastrophic data loss and put systems in place to insure this will never happen again. The family macs go to Time machine, my work horse macs are on Drobos. I hire him twice a year to give my hardware and software a tune up. I could spend three/ four hours doing what it

I love SysteMacs. Ken has been servicing our Mac based office for several years. He came in and cleaned up a mess left behind by another contractor that unfortunately wasn't as knowledgeable as SysteMacs. Since first starting with Ken he has done all sorts of new installations and updates including setting up a new server. He also coordinated our move which included coordinating phone and data lines and working with other subs to ensure we were up and running with little downtime.

He is always up to speed on the latest technology both hardware and software and is able to recommend the best

I use Systemacs for IT issues both at my business and at home for a number of years. Finding competent, prompt, responsible and knowledgeable technicians for a Mac platform is, in my experience, very difficult. Having gone though a number of firms that simply weren't performing at the level we needed, we were lucky enough to be put in touch with Ken. He is highly skilled but willing to admit when he doesn't know the answer to a problem and then digs in to find the answer. Especially helpful with multi-site/multi-device platforms. Highly recommended.
