Voicemail requesting October maintenance was answered promptly and they accommodated my need for an October appointment date ! I loved the fact that not only did the tech arrive when promised but I was also sent a text inclusive of his picture when he was on his way !
Casey was friendly , knowledgeable , professional and funny ! He answered all my questions and even dusted my vents for me so I didn't have to climb a ladder :-) !! He obviously enjoys his job and definitely is a KEEPER !!!

This company is crazy amazing. Shout out to Casey, Manny, Cameron, and the electrician Kevin from K. Opperman Electric. We use them for our heating, but this time to replace our central air. They worked extremely hard, were very pleasant and efficient. I was surprised myself considering what they had to endure. Thanks to everyone over there. You guys are great! Can't thank you enough.
Already have a furnace winter service contract and we are going to get the summer a/c service package also.

WOW I LOVE FAMILY HEATING AND COOLING. These people were awesome from start to finish. I called to have them provide me a quote to install an entirely new heating and cooling system. I live in an old home that previously had a cast iron boiler system that was aging and I had no central air. Justin scheduled a visit promptly and gave me some suggestions on what I could do to change it. He designed me an entirely new ducted heating and cooling system and gave me a very reasonable price. I scheduled the work ASAP and they showed up exactly when they said they would and completed the job on time! Kyle

They did a great job installing our ductless mini split air conditioning and heating system. Justin was great to work with from the initial estimate throughout the installation. Vickie and the office was very helpful with helping us secure our zero interest heating loan. Almost a year after installation we ran into a problem with one of the mini splits. During a very hot and humid August, one of them ended up with a clogged drain line. Once I reached Vickie in the office, she sent two techs the next morning to quickly resolve the problem.
