They are the best Dealership that I have ever been to.
Very polite, not pushy.
When I got there I saw exactly what I was looking for.
The salesman came out and I asked him the usual questions, what year how many miles ect..
Took it for a test drive, when I returned I informed him the jeep is sold.
So we sat down did the paperwork. They took care of
Everything, Registry inspection sticker and returning my rental car. There was a minor recall with the Jeep,
I called the service department and Katie answered she is awesome, polite very knowledgeable and will do what she can to accommodate you

Great sales experience in leasing a Jeep Grand Cherokee L. I went to 3 - 4 other dealers and was just aghast of the experience I had. When Artie contacted me, I told him what i was looking for agreed to a price over the phone and closed that night. I was not there for 2 hours like other dealers, ...it took less than 30 minutes. No hassle and great salesmanship !

Do not bring you vehicle here for service! I left my 2012 Dodge Ram 2500 here for AM service, service would not answer phone during the day and never called with diagnostics. I arrived at closing time to find vehicle disassembled and none of the requested work was completed. The dealer recommended $2.5k in repairs when they could not complete a simple oil change and tire rotation. Over week later I am still waiting for a lug nut they stripped to be ordered and replaced.

I was looking for a Jeep Wrangler and I received a call from Arty Walsh that he found one for me. Knowing Westboro Jeep is over an hour and twenty minutes from my house he assured me I would be taken care of! I visited/communicated with 7 different dealerships in MA. (Newtonville Dodge was the worst.) I appreciated that this place was straight forward and low key. I called for an appointment and the person I spoke to was in fact the salesperson I dealt with, Yvonne. (This was not the case in other places which, frankly, drove me nuts.) The whole process was pretty painless to be honest, which was exactly the experience I wanted. No hustle, the people were human. Yvonne was great. Love my car, and I am happy with the price. I would deal with them again.

DO NOT BUY A JEEP HERE! SCAMMERS AND LIARS. BAIT AND SWITCH. There is a reason why they have 2.5 STARS! Salesperson JEREMY GARDEN lied to me about the options my jeep had. Noticed as I drove the jeep the SAFETY PACKAGE was missing. Contacted him immediately. He said he didn't think it was important. Contacted the GM TOM SULLIVAN and Sales Manager JOHN FREITAS next day to return the jeep as it was not the model I ordered and they blamed me for JEREMY GARDEN LYING TO ME! He did say he was buying a home, no wonder he pounced on me when I walked in the door and said anything to make a sale.

Went in looking to test drive a couple of trucks, not exactly sure of what I wanted. Jeremy Garden was awesome to work with. He helped me narrow down my selection to two, set me up with test drives, and gave us space to review the trucks, but was available to answer questions...many many questions. Would recommend them without hesitation.
My truck had a minor issue, so I got to work with the service team, and they provided a great experience, acted quickly, set me up with a rental, no questions and they communicated with me with updates. All issues were quickly resolved. I will definitely work

I could go far into depth regarding this service department, but the other reviewers have done a nice job explaining. Dan's Jeep Service department is just all around a horrifying business to work with. They give Jeep a bad name. I had a recall on my Jeep that they "inspected" in 2018. They declared that it was fine, but the part has since stopped working. They all but refused to help get it fixed. The service "manager" was condescending and rude, and just flat out did not want to do his job. You have one job- to service cars- and you're incapable, trying to rip people

Josh Perrone was amazing! He was straight up front about everything, asked me what I wanted my monthly payments to be before we even looked at cars, then gave me a list of cars that would comply with my monthly… payment! He answered all my questions truthfully, and most importantly worked with me to make sure I was getting what I wanted. I see a lot of complaints about their service dept and that may all be true - I haven't had my vehicles serviced here just due to it's lengthy distance from my place of employment & home. But if you're looking to buy - I feel as thought I was able to secure a reasonable deal (I priced the model vehicle with several dealerships) as well as superior service compared to some other purchases I have made in the past.

Nicole Law made it happen! The service department was slammed and service orders were overflowing. She listened to what I needed, created a solution, and completed the task in a timely manner.
Sometimes we are slammed and feel overloaded beyond belief. It's important to remember that the next customer has no idea nor do they really care how busy you are. They need help with their particular issue and that's all that matters. Nicole clearly gets this and I'm impressed.

This place is a joke. They submitted a fraudulent RO to my bank after I submitted a claim that they did not perform a "service" on my car but charged me for diag time. I'm in the business and knew something was fishy with their "diag" so I brought it somewhere else and that dealer agreed Dans Jeep had misdiagnosed the car I. Hopes to charge me for a service I absolutely did not need. I'll see you in court now Dans Jeep... all over $118. You guys are a JOKE. Beware of Dans Jeep. Read the reviews and get second opinions.

Horrible service! I took my vehicle here 3 times to fix a headlight and they couldn't figure it out. On the 3rd time they said I had to replace the TIPM and quoted me over $1200. I went somewhere else and they reset it for $50 and I haven't had a problem since then. Don't go here. They don't know what they are doing.

We walked in and the 3 sales people were talking and made it clear they would be closing soon. I asked for a brochure which they did give me and quickly pointed to a Jeep in the show room.
Another group came in right after us to ask about buying a truck and off they went. They had time for them so I'm not sure what to make of it.
They didn't ask for our info nor did we get
