The level of service was exceptional. Mike showed up right on time and patiently waited as all 12 of us got organized to take a big group picture. He then helped us all in the beautiful and brand new Mercedes bus and poured us sparkling rose to get the day started. He was the consummate host and even allowed us to tack another winery onto our tour.
I booked the Mercedes Sprinter for my daughter's 21st birthday party. I couldn't have been happier with the service. The limo/van was brand new and luxurious. Mike, the driver, was prompt, helpful and really made it a fun, special evening for the group. He also knows the local roads very well and went out of his way to accommodate us.

We used North Fork Luxury Transporters for our 10/16/21 wedding. Mike was great to work with throughout the entire process, even when we had to change the timeline around multiple times. My wife and I used North Fork Luxury transporters for our wedding and they were excellent. Michael was super professional and responsive, making it was one of the easiest and most pleasant parts of our wedding planning process. The fleet was nice, clean, and the drivers were on time for the whole evening.
I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again next time I need transportation in the area.

My husband used North Fork Luxury Transporters for our wedding, 9/4/21, and couldn't have been happier. We had time between our ceremony and reception so we wanted to go to a local herbery to take photos. While we had only planned to find transportation for 2 hours or so, NFLT had a time minimum (5 hours) but it ended up working out for the best. We were able to have transportation to the church, instead of walking down the street where everyone could see us. Special shout out to our driver Mike, who seriously went above and beyond on our day. He was on time, kept in touch with us for pick up times

There are not enough words to express how fantastic Mike and his staff are! Last night running a wedding, another limo/bus company failed to follow through on their obligation of picking up the guests to bring back to Greenport. Mike was contacted through the manager and sent not only one bus but two just to be sure that everyone arrived to their destinations safely. Not only did he consider the bride and groom and their special wedding day but he considered the safety of everyone in the community and the wedding. He went above and beyond and did the right thing! FOREVER I will be referring North

The communication with them was immediate and they were so gracious in responding to my many questions and changes. The best customer service ever! And the icing on the cake was our driver Sharon! She was a rock star; so nice and accommodating...and most of all patient dealing with the 10 of us ages 23 to 73!! I booked a party bus with North Fork Luxury Transporters for a bachelorette party and cannot say enough great things about them! The bus was perfect for our group of 13 girls and our driver Maureen went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time.
