Every time I've had to contact centrexIT to resolve an issue I am always very grateful for the service they provide. Hi, I love our IT team at MAAC. Whenever we send a ticket, we get help right away or as soon as possible. Not only when we send a ticket, but also in person, Meredith and Marc are always willing to help us if they are available. And they follow up with the instructions too (if it was done virtually), to see if we get it done. Our IT team is accountable, they quietly support us anytime we need help. I love it. I had a very good experience with Travis too, helping me with my laptop remotely. Thank you so much. We appreciate your help.

My non-profit works with CentrexIT and I've had nothing but great experiences with them. As a CPA during tax season it is critical our IT is operating properly at all kinds of crazy hours. I had an IT issue come up on the weekend after hours and I called the after hours support number. David called me back within 10 minutes and resolved my issue so I could keep plugging away. I appreciate the quick call back and resolution!
