We contacted Alaska Clear Glass too late in the season last fall so were listed for spring. It is spring! We were not overlooked, we received a timely query (yep, windows still in need) followed by clear communication and reminders of date and time. The time was this morning and the windows are simply sparkling! A very fine job of it!

I am a very dissatisfied customer. Not only were my windows not cleaned to my satisfaction, the crew left a huge mess that took me several hours to clean up. I was told that they would start inside, but they started outside and didn't change the water before coming inside. They left many drips and smears on the exterior windows, which I hoped they would fix after doing the inside; that is why I asked for both interior and exterior cleaning. Inside, they left a huge mess. There were black drip marks all over the window frames, sills, walls and floors. An upper window sill had a huge puddle

First rate organization. Timely, detailed, and thorough. Does a great job for us every time. The owner is super pleasant, very responsive and seems to run a good crew. The folks who actually come out to do the work, are professional and courteous, and never dwaddle which we really appreciate. Would absolutely recommend Alaska Clear Glass!
