I just wanted to say a few words about Katie and Lexi in the motorclothes dept. at this dealer. I live in Buffalo NY and was directed towards them for a discontinued jacket I was looking for. They had a few left in stock and were more then happy to send it to me. They were both very helpful in the whole process. I also ordered a t-shirt that ended up not fitting and they refunded the whole price with out hesitation. If you need anything, do not hesitate to look them up.

In the spring of 21' I had sold my last of #6 FL Harley's.. it was a 2017 Road Glide Ultra perfection of Cross country Traveling #1... Now as i retired from the Long legged Road trips after 39 years of Interstate memories..i still had the Pull to be in the wind to sum degree.. so in Summer of 21' i rolled into this Davenport H-D dealership and was greeted bye a welcoming staff and " 0 Pressure" to purchase .. after looking at all the new inventory and they are very well stocked there.. i found a LOW mile 2017' Dyna Wide Glide with get this (248 miles) on the Bike

Bought a 2000 Road King from another out of state dealer. Paid for a 3000 mile warranty. Burning oil so brought it to Ron in service. Got me right in and handed it over to Ray (Tech). Took about a week and a half and she was rebuilt - would have been quicker but had to order parts.

Totally love everything about this dealership. No high pressure sales no gimmicks. Was treated like family received top dollar for trade in and rode off on the best ride in the place. My man Will made it happen! Love the victory lap celebration after purchase they really know how to put the joy into buying American iron. The walk thru each department to meet the McGrath family so you know who you will deal with for service/parts/accessories and what to expect in any future needs. Will Smith did a great job helping us with trading our old bike for a newer one. Ron, in the service dept., is the reason that we bought our new bike at McGraths. Made my last ever trip there this past Saturday. Stood at the parts counter for half an hour and when my turn came around, the counter man waved another guy up who had just walked up. The counter guy knows me and knew that I was standing there quite a while waiting.
What did I conclude from his actions? That my business is neither wanted nor needed there.
The service and customer focus has declined dramatically since McGrath took it over. If you aren't there to drop a bundle of money each time you walk in the door, they have no interest in you.

Spotted the Harley Davidson sign so made the turn towards it. Was greeted as I walked in & made me feel welcome. Offered me a drink but I said I was good. Was asked by several hows it going. As a current Harley Davidson & Kawasaki Ninja owner I was glad no one tried pushing my on a bike. No one knew I was a current bike owner. I just really appreciate not being pressured as most the time sales people really try pushing sales. One they knew I was a bike owner it was nice talking bikes with them & they welcomed me & told me they hope I stop back in if I ever make it back out this

What an amazing dealership - we stopped on our way from Ohio to Yellowstone and Custer, SD. We were looking for t-shirts for both my hubby and myself. We worked with Danny - she was so helpful!! Don't know where to start... But here goes. Traveling across country an harley is on a hydrolift on the back if a Motorcoach. One if the straps that secures bike snapped the back foot peg right off. Called Ashley and then Brett and he said bring it in. First we went to Parts and Jack helped us determine what we needed while the service dept. took care of tapping our the bolt out that sheared off. Brett found a piece that was available and had it installed. Within an hour they had the bike fixed so we could be on our way. Not only that, they washed all the road grime off for us. Way to go you

If you are looking for a team that treats you like your business matters, you have found it. The sales staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The parts guys are helpful, courteous, and go out of their way to satisfy your needs. The sales staff goes to bat for you, they want you to have a great buying experience. I have owned 6 Harley's in my life and have dealt with multiple dealerships, these guys are at the top of my list. I have already recommended one of my close friends and he purchased his new 2015 Limited here. More will follow I am sure. They made me wish I had bought my 2015 at Wiebler
