I love this nail place because they are always so friendly and nice and accommodating. My daughter (4years old) really wanted to get her nails done at the salon.. I had called a different one but was turned down because of her size and that she could "reach" the water. I called them and they said no prob. The lady took her time with my daughter and made her feel special. I've came here before and they usually always make me feel special. There is a few techs that don't quite vide with me but no place will ever be perfect but this place is very close to it.

Nails where not right the first time I came in, I came in a second time the next day to get them fixed. I was happy. Then 4 days later my DIPPED nail popped off. I had to come in a third time to get that fixed. I asked for a refund at that point and Linda refused and called me crazy. She completely made a sense in the salon. Very unprofessional.

Called to make a last minute appointment around 1130, the lady I spoke with on the phone was very nice and said they could fit me in basically whenever. I showed up around 1200. This place doesn't look like much but I never judge off of looks alone. They were pretty busy but considering I called with a short notice for an appointment I didn't sit for an extremely long time before the nail tech came over. I didn't get the ladies name but she was extremely thorough and made sure to get all dead skin off of each toe and foot. She did make me bleed a little on one toe but it had been an extremely long

Worst pedicure ever. I came here because my coworker raved about this place. My toes looked descent the day of. A few days later they looked like I actually did my own toe nails. I am horrible when it comes to doing my own nails so this is my one splurge. I'm so bummed that I'm going to have to go elsewhere and spend another $35+ to get them redone only a few days later.

I called and told them I vould be there in 15 minutes, the man who answered the phone said come on in. When I got there everyone was super friendly! What made the service amazing was Ethan! He kept me so entertained the enter time. Making me laugh, engaging in conversation, and providing an amazing service. My gel manicure was spot on. He was very meticulous and if I didn't like something he was willing to fix it and nice about it. I will be definitely coming back!!!

Forget Estelle Nails, in Temple! Nails Organic Spa, is a far better deal. Amidst, their large array of vegan and organic polishes; their staff actually speak English and don’t rush to get you out. They lovingly take their time on your nails. Their massages are not some person yelling in their native language, while they’re just slopping cream on your legs and feet. NOS, actually employ pressure points into their massages. They even do nail art. Not to forget, NOS prices a far more competitive than ridiculous Estelle Nails.

According to one of the nail techs "my kind" is not welcome there. She was very rude and I was uncomfortable after this altercation. I am shocked and appalled and in such he disbelief as to the service that was provided here today. I can't believe I was treated with such disrespect and dishonor. I felt worse than I've ever felt before in my life, it brought me to tears. Not a single person acknowledged had happened. Here is a picture of what I asked for which was a pain for them to do verses what I got after settling so I could finally just get out of there

The best service I have with a nail spa ever! They got us in the chair for service with no wait time. They provided exceptional service from waxing, manicure and pedicure topped with oranges and lemon and all kind of soothing spa stuff. They were patient with my daughter as well as offered us refreshments. This is by far the best spa experience I have had from customer service to spa services! Treat yourself and check them out! Ask for Amy she is phenomenal!!!

I went here to get my nails and received terrible service. The nail tech doing my nails was trying to rush and cut one of my fingertips and glued the tips to my skin in various nails. He then blamed the cut on the shape I requested despite me getting this shape at various nail salons and never being cut before. The service overall was terrible and the establishment could be cleaner.

Looking for a nail salon closer to home so I tried this place tonight and wasn't impressed at all. Came in for a pedicure, saw the lady across from me with fresh orange slices so I read the pedicure options and figure it's the #5 so I go with that. The tech I got was not friendly at all, didn't speak, had headphones in so didn't acknowledge me when I was asking him questions. So when he does my pedi I don't get any orange slices and the products he used were lavender scented so I figured he thought I said # 4 and I just go with it. When I go to pay they tell me the pedicure

I made an appointment for my kids and I to get pedicures done. I also got dip full set. They were amazing with my kids even when my daughter decided to not get a pedicure done and get only polish. One of the lovely men even helped us to the car since it was storming. I can't say enough about how nice they were to all of us.

Pattra and Liam are an amazing duo! I love everything about my nails and experience today! Pattra was so sweet and fun, and ensured my pedicure was exactly what I wanted. She shaped my nails so nice, and the leg massage was perfect. She was amazing!
Liam did my manicure and he is a pro! The shape is beautiful, the polish came out perfect, and the hand massage was a nice relaxing touch to the manicure.
They are so worth calling ahead and booking with them! 10/10 would recommend to all of you! I can't wait to go back for my next nail day!

I went in and Tam originally did my set. He was great and my nails came out perfect. The second time I came in, a lady with shorter hair did my fill ins. She was very rough. She used the nail dremmel so hard I yanked my hand back and there was a red burn on the nail of my middle finger. Fast forward to a week after, the burn mark cleared but that same nail ended up breaking so I went in and unfortunately she was the only one doing nails that early. I took my chances thinking maybe she had a bad day first time around. She didn't soak the remainder acrylic off. She literally just ripped it off

I've been here twice, the first time I got SNS dip and it was a good experience. However, the last time I went I got a pedicure and a manicure, the fat guy there is who did my nails. When he was removing the callus from my feet he was scraping sooo hard that it hurt so bad and he even cut my foot! You can see that my foot still is healing from one of the scrapes he gave me. When it got to my nails I got SNS dip again and he did horrible! I asked for clear and he gave me natural pink and the shape was horrible as well. He rushed the entire process and I will never go back.
