In 2018 Nylund Homes Inc. bought and had Nylund Inc. remodel a 1979 mobile in Silverlake, WA. which Nylund Homes Inc then sold in 2019 (President of both Rod Nylund). Prior to the remodel, the mobile home was total junk and it should have been torn down. But it appears that they decided instead to coverup latent damage with new vinyl and floor sheathing, on top of rotted soaking old floors in both bathrooms and utility room. New sheathing and three tab were put on rotted rafters.
