Installs remote connection services onto elderly people's computers that are not powerful enough to handle it. People don't always know they installed it and if they do know they aren't aware of how much it will impact their computers overall speed and functionality.

I must always compliment great customer service when received. I arrived for my appointment for fingerprints and was promptly taking care of without pause. I was having a few issues with the electronic system, but the young lady assisting was very pleasant, professional, patient, and more than helpful in order to complete the process. Thanks for exemplary service!

I went looking for a computer part. They seemed put out to have to help a customer. Not rude, but certainly not welcoming either.

Went in for fingerprints. Was a little bit surprised that the appointment email stated to wear a mask but no employees wore one. Just an FYI.

I recommend Connecting Point highly. For some reason, my computer refused to turn on. My husband tried everything he knew to get it to work. The company said their diagnosis fee was $40, which I was willing to pay because I had important files on it that I had failed to back up. I dropped it off and Dennis called the next day and said it was repaired. When I asked the cost, It was only the diagnostic fee. He said that he just took it apart and blew out some accumulated dust. He could have easily asked for a higher payment. I'm truly impressed with this honesty and will certainly use

I drove 65 miles because this is the area Epson Service Center. I was very disappointed with my printer "repair". I was told that the repairman was out today, but would be back tomorrow, check it, and call me before doing any work. I waited 8 days, then called him. I was told that the labor would be $200, plus parts, but did not know the total charge. He was to find this and call me "again". I was never called. I picked it up in two week.

I don't expect someone to help me if they CAN'T help me, but I don't expect to walk into a business and be insulted and spoken to condescendingly. Needless to say, it's the last time I ever walk into Connecting Point. The woman, who I believe is the owner, was very rude.

Very disappointed in this business . Took my computer in for a power port repair , they advised not to fix it but they would sell me a new computer. Few days later when I went to log on, I was completely locked out of my system !! None of my programming friends could fix it, called, Got the tech , immediately defensive and rude, when all I asked is why they locked me out. Tech said my hard drive was not working and this was why I couldn't log in. I've gone from a computer that worked fine and now it doesn't and connecting point refused to own up to the mistake they made . I

They did an awesome job! My Macbook got stolen overseas, the police managed to recover it and got it back to me through family living in Spain. The language and keyboard had been changed and the operating system wouldn't install. The techs at connecting point fixed it right up! If I have more computer problems, I'll be going to them!
