My go-to for laser and injectables anything!
I recently realized I met John/owner over two decades ago. Then, he offered the best and latest laser treatments before laser machines were abundant. 20+ yrs now, he is still doing the same with excellent knowledge of what each laser does while keeping up with the latest trends.
My schedule is always wacky, so I don't have the leisure of requesting the same practitioner, but I know I can book with anyone because of John and Charlotta's industry knowledge and training. I have never had a bad service or treatment suggestion.

Called today to make an appt with 2 reputable nurses that have been giving treatments to my friends for a long time. All of sudden they no longer work there and when I asked to speak to the manager she no longer works there either. I have been hearing rumors that one of the owners that is not a nurse has been doing treatments on herself and training new staff and with this large turnover all of a sudden I now understand. I would be careful prior to making an appt here. Ask the nurse who the licensed physician is that trained them. They no longer have an esthetician on staff so shouldn't be calling

First off I did not want to even give 1 star for this office. This is very unprofessional med spa , the blonde old lady post pictures on instagram with bruises all over her face, she looks botched face!!! The staff is great I feel bad for them the owners are so mean to them. The botched lady isn’t even a M.D or nurse , they need one to perform the services! Bad place to go!! Stay away!! They deleted my yelp reviews that I posted obviously they know what I wrote was true. There’s always a turn over in staff, I wonder why?!???? Botched Face company should be the name!

Super neat place! I have passed by a few times, but finally went in for a consultation. The staff in the front made me feel welcome and the nurse I spoke with was super friendly and knowledgeable. I ended up booking a laser treatment and purchased a cream for my spots from the sun. Liking the results. Two thumbs up from me :)

I am a former client of Laser Image. I used to go there for facials until they stopped offering these services and therefore I had to find an actual spa to go to since they only now perform medical treatments. I have read the many reviews and they are true. They had a great set of nurses and managers but none of them currently work there. You should go in for a free consultation and be sure to ask the one nurse they now have who did her actual training because hopefully it wasn’t the female that is all over the Instagram claiming to give herself bruises. When owners post replies to bad reviews

I found the staff here really knowledgable - learning some important tips that were never explained at my old provider. Nar took time to explain treatments and gave me some options moving forward. Very nice service and location.

I have been going to the Laser Image Company for several years. I absolutely love how efficiently and expertly they use the small space. They are always professional and thorough. The results have always worked well for me. Each team member is well-trained, kind, and thoughtful. I am looking forward to a new procedure there that I haven’t yet scheduled because of my own work schedule. Will do soon! Thank you for making my experience enjoyable and comfortable.
