Dr. Anurag Agarwal, a Naples facial plastic surgeon, grew up in Washington, D.C. before moving to Florida in 2005 as a surgeon with the Aesthetic Surgery Center. Today, Dr. Agarwal is the owner and medical director of the practice.

Richard Maloney specializes solely in Facial Plastic Surgery and Multimodality Laser Surgery. Dr. Maloney is certified by both the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. Dr. Maloney believes that facial plastic and cosmetic surgery demands the concentrated experience only achieved by a specialist in the face and neck.
Dr. William A. Ross is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon who grew up in St. Louis, Missouri. He performs the full spectrum of Plastic Surgery, including aesthetic and reconstructive surgery, and is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. Dr. Ross performs brow lifts, blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery), face lifts, neck rejuvenation and reconstruction of the eyelids, nose, cheeks and ears after cancer surgery.
Dr. Holmes grew up in Sargent, Nebraska, a small town of 500 people. His summers were spent at an isolated fishing resort in northern Saskatchewan, Canada, which his family owned and operated for 20+ years. It was there that he met and developed relationships with physicians from Nebraska and the Mayo clinic.

Dr. Ross and the entire team at ASC were amazing! I had three problem areas on my skin needing surgical attention. I had concerns about my propensity for hypertrophic scars. Dr. Ross expertly walked me through each step of the procedure, explaining his strategy for reducing my scar risk. The surgery was a huge success with beautiful healing! Aesthetic Surgery Center is such a wonderful place! From the moment you step in the staff at the front is warm, welcoming and professional. The nursing and medical assistant team is the best! Super knowledgeable and kind.
The waiting area is gorgeous and you feel like you’re in a luxury hotel which definitely helps to take the edge off being in a place that is so aesthetically pleasing.
Dr. Ross is amazing! He has changed my life and I was born again after he performed a breast reduction and lift surgery on me. I am more active than I’ve been in my life and my neck and back pain improved

I had such an amazing experience with Dr. Ross. He went above and beyond every step of the way. To say he’s a perfection is an understatement. My Great Dane bit my nose and I thought it would never be the same until I met Dr. Ross. It was so devastating that it took over nine months to heal post surgery but it was worth it. Not only did Dr. Ross repair the damage, he even fixed some imperfections I had pre-bite. Their office is beautiful. It’s state of the art and offers so many different services. The staff is resourceful and very friendly. They are the best of the best!!

I highly recommend Dr. Agarwal and Dr. Ross. The consultation process was impressive. Both physicians spent a considerable amount of time listening to what outcomes I was trying to achieve as well as fully explaining how they would deliver those outcomes. Both encouraged questions and treated each one as critically important. I cannot say enough about the commitment to excellence as well as the patient experience.
