Bob and his associates are excellent. Installed a system to pump lake water for irrigation a few years ago; it has performed flawlessly. Have subsequently had him install a water softener. Excellent service, reasonable prices, top quality products/system components installed. Bob is always punctual, shows up when he says, works efficiently, and billing is also prompt and very clear. Top tier all around.

Woke up to no water this morning. Called Affordable Water Systems at
7AM; spoke with the answering service, received a call back from Bob within 5 minutes. Bob and his colleague were here at 8AM and by 10:30AM we had running water again after having to change the well pump. Terrific company to work with; they will also be servicing my water conditioning system going forward. Thank you, Bob!

I had a radon system installed by Affordable and it never worked correctly. I had non stop issues with it since day 1 - and Affordable Water Systems did not stand by their product and fix it. I was constantly needing to bypass my radon system - so no point in even having one.
Eventually I had it repaired by a reputable local service and have not had any issues since.
I would not recommend this company.

Right now I would like to post just one star, but I have to admit the job performed was satisfactory. HOWEVER, good luck trying to get a hold of anyone after the system is installed. There is an automated answering service (which I suspect serves a number of businesses, not just Affordable) which can put you on hold for quite some time. Calls may take days to be returned. In all fairness, I have never had to report an emergency, so maybe a response would be more forthcoming in that situation. Just SO FRUSTRATING.

Our water pump stopped working suddenly on a Saturday morning, possibly a lightening strike the night before. Bob and his team came out to evaluate the problem by 10:00am THAT DAY! The guys worked ALL DAY - in the rain no less- to replace the pump. It was a huge job, but we had water that evening. There aren't many businesses who have such excellent and speedy service! Plus they worked with our insurance co. to submit a claim. You won't go wrong with Affordable Water Systems!

We recently had a very good experience with this company. We were having an issue with our well -- it stopped working! -- and asked Bob to come check it out. He first gave us some advice on the phone and when that failed to pan out he came over very quickly, even though it was a Saturday. He resolved the problem in only a few minutes -- no charge -- but found some longer-term problems with the tank and gave us a good price on a replacement. We were treated fairly and honestly, got a good warranty and were quite satisfied. We recommend them.
