My name is Michael Holleman, and I was represented by Charles Hubly for a occupational injury in Waterloo Indiana. This was a case that truly had no chance to win in court. Charles still managed to somehow give me a $30,000 settlement when everything was on the fault of my employer, who you cannot sue in the state of Indiana.
