Horrible service. We have a reefer trailer that's been there for 2 months and they still haven't fixed the doors. Worse case is we replace the door. We had a 15 ft section welded on the floor with this ticket. I've been there several times and they still do not have the doors done. Especially the left door. Too much air is escaping. I called a bunch of times speaking with Andre and others in service and it's oh we haven't got it yet or well update you on the time it will be done. Well over 60 days and only got one phone call and that was Andre and he was supposed to call back the next day. Thats

Makes no sense to me why they don't do reefer repair the one in Salt Lake and Boise and Idaho falls do but to each there own!! They gentleman at the service check was helpful in giving me information where to get fixed and I've used them before on flatbed repairs and they did a great job so that's why I gave 4 stars

I have processed a 2021 Utility refer trailer (new)and after 1 1/2 months I have an issue with . I got my trailer on the service and after 2 day I was told they not able to know what was the problem because the laptop ( I understand is the only one) wasn’t working. A multi million dollars company and one laptop.... what a shame!!! I’m wondering how and what all the Mecanic’s have done thy2 day if no laptop?!!!!! Again same on management!!!!
