Nationwide 600,000 homes are infested with wood boring insects each year at an annual estimated cost of $5 billion. If you are taking the huge financial step of purchasing a home, you don't want to become one of those statistics. One of the most, if not the most, important part of buying or selling wooden constructed property is to ensure there is no hidden damage from wood destroying pests.
Your home may be the greatest financial investment of your life. If you are lucky enough, you will be able to have a home built for you from the ground up. If that is the case, you must talk to your home builder about having your property pre-treated for termites. There are some lending institutions and counties for which this is a requirement.
Have you ever stepped on ants in your home and suddenly there was a very distinct smell, like a rotten coconut? You have come across the Odorous House Ant. Odorous House Ants are the second most common insect identified at the Urban IPM Lab in Knoxville. When inside your home, they will be found where food is stored as they are attracted to sweets but will eat any household food.
Bed bugs were once the scourge of homeless shelters, low income housing, and never do well hotels and motels. Just the mention of bed bugs in your home and the negative looks and judgement start to fly. If you have bed bugs, you are not alone and getting rid of them is not so easy.
According to the 2010 Comprehensive Global Bed Bug Study, whose results were based on surveys completed by nearly 1000 U.S. and International pest management companies, bed bugs are the most difficult pest to treat, according to 76 percent of survey respondents, more so than cockroaches, ants and termites.

If you've ever been bitten by a fire ant, chances are you can recall the painful experience like it was yesterday. Their bite is referred to as a sting, and for good reason. As if getting stung by one of these invasive critters wasn't enough, coming in contact with just one fire ant nest can subject you to over 200,000 fire ants, all of which can bite several times at once.

Best pest control hands down! I've worked with many pest control companies over the years, but these guys are great! They were timely, willing to return when my ant problem had not gone down enough over a few weeks, and went above and beyond to solve the problem. Honest with me regarding pricing and best options. Would recommend them to anyone!

I cannot express how grateful I am to find such a trustworthy, high quality, affordable rodent/termite service company. Andy has gone above and beyond his standard duties in pest control. He is sure to let you know if there are any underlining issues which would cause the pests to return again rather than keeping quiet and getting paid to treat again and again. He has let me know about such issues multiple times and waits to treat until it is fixed, even acting as an inspector on the fixes. I feel like he is looking out for my property as much as I am.
