Pella Engraving & Sign Company started as an engraving shop for a local newspaper, The Pella Chronicle. In 1934, we became an independent company-a trusted provider of premium letterpress printing dies and other prepress services for not only the Chronicle, but news agencies across Iowa. As the engraving industry grew and evolved, so did PEC.

The team at Pella Engraving have gone above and beyond when creating custom donor recognition for our non-profit land trust. We approached them last fall with an idea of a large metal tree (modeled after a very unique tree on our preserve) and engraved oak leaves. Their designer Cyndi took the challenge to heart and created a beautiful work of art. Everything we envisioned they were able to turn into reality - and on a pretty tight time frame. We have continued to go back to them for additional engraving/donor plaques and the quality is always great.

The people at PEC are always great to work with! It is amazing having a local company that can meet our project needs. They have always been excited to take on new projects and have been open to trying new materials and methods to meet your our specific needs. They listen to what we want and have been amazing at helping us get to that point in a timely manner.
