Craig Kahn came highly recommended to me, by a family friend. He had sold their mother’s home, after another agency had failed. Last December, after my mother’s death, I too was forced to sell the family’s home, since 1963...Built in 1895, the 2 story house needed some modernizations....to make things more difficult, my wife and I live in Texas.. Craig looked at the house “AS-IS” and priced it accordingly..he arranged to have a buried unused fuel oil tank removed. He got the necessary paperwork to our family attorney for the closing on March 6th...an amazing 76 days after the house was

Craig met my wife and me at our hotel in Pittsfield. Craig Kahn was a pleasure to work with on our quest to find our home. His reality group offers an introductory community tour which was particularly helpful as we are not from the Berkshires. All Seasons Realty Group with Laiken and Craig Khan has been a great experience!! Buying a house can be stressful. Hearing stories from family and friends made my husband keith and I nervous about the experience we would have. I couldint say enough good things about how our experience went.
