Dr. Robbins is the owner and Medical Director of Coachlight Clinic & Spa. Because he understands beauty starts from within and not everyone requires the benefits of surgery or are interested in having the downtime associated with this, he decided to expand his surgical practice (Des Moines Plastic Surgery) to offer aesthetic and laser services several years ago.
Sheila has worked at Coachlight Clinic & Spa and Des Moines Plastic Surgery for 11 years and she has over 18 years of experience doing Botox Cosmetic, Dysport, Juvederm Products, Restylane, Kybella and Radiesse. Her expertise is Botox Cosmetic, wrinkle and lip filler injections. She has worked in the plastic surgery field serving in many different positions since 1988.
Brenda is a graduate of the University of Nebraska with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and a minor in Management of Information Systems. Brenda is the Director of Des Moines Plastic Surgery and Coachlight Clinic & Spa. She is responsible for the overall daily operations, financials, human resources and assisting in marketing of these two businesses.

I have enjoyed my experiences with Meagan for Laser Hair removal. I appreciate her attitude and professionalism. I have a very sensitive skin and she has been supportive when I have had questions, concerns.
My appointments have usually been end of the day/ weekend when people aren’t always happy to be at work but she greets me excited, answer my questions, patiently and carefully does the treatment. While the laser hair treatment isn’t an experience similar to others I still leave there with smile on my face and energy.
She watches the settings and adjusts it according to my skin need. I

I simply adore Sheila, and her work is beautiful. She is so kind and thorough. I got super lucky and was able to get in the same day as my initial consult because of a cancellation after my appt. She is so in demand she's often booked out weeks or more, so I was super grateful to have her work on me that day! I have since been back and am equally happy with the experience. Thank you to Denise as well for helping me schedule. The online scheduler is so convenient, and I was able to check daily for openings. Denise was able to get me in again quickly due to another cancellation. Highly highly recommend

Cara has been absolutely incredible to work with! I went in for a consultation and was immediately impressed with her passion and expertise. She ran me through several different options and pricing and gave me her recommendation on what combination of procedures would give me the best results. She was honest, informative, and put me completely at ease. I booked a treatment immediately and have already seen amazing results!
