I love working with Kaitlin and Steve. They're quick to respond and have some of the best rates I've seen.

Katie Rider was absolutely great when I was shopping for, and ultimately ended up switching, insurance providers to State Farm. She was thorough in explaining all of the add-ons/options that come with a policy and didn't mind staying until the last second at her desk to help me on a day when my insurance policy just so happened to run out, so instead of a lapse she stayed and finalized everything instead of brushing it off until the next day. 5 (six if I could) stars to Katie herself as the branch Steve built for their professionalism and dedication - coming from someone in a similar profession

During all of our big life changes- buying a house, new car, having kids, buying a house, starting a business- Steve has always been there for us! Not only is he considerate enough to help us get the coverage we need, he makes the process quick and easy while still making it feel personal. He genuinely cares about his clients and is always there when we need him.

I have been so impressed with their level of professionalism but also responsiveness. I worked with Kaitlyn and she was amazing. She was able to take the time to answer all my questions and help me find the insurance that worked best for me. Our State Farm agent is always quick to respond to any questions we have about our home, auto, jewelry, umbrella, and other insurance policies. We have our policies conveniently bundled in a monthly payment plan which is updated automatically as needed. A simple call is all it takes to add, replace, or remove a policy.
Recently, our agent's office went above and beyond when we were involved in an auto accident where the other driver was at fault. Even though our insurance was not covering the claim, they answered all of our questions and advised us on how to navigate throughout the claim process
