The description of the cabins as "rustic" is definitely true. They were clean, but very small, not even a chair inside to sit on, or a table or desk area where I could use a laptop. Pretty high price (over $170/night for 2 people!) for what we got. We were visiting family so thankfully only spent the nights there. But few amenities, not even an electric outlet in the tiny bathroom.

Actually it wasn't bad at all. The bed was wonderfully comfortable. The room.was very clean. Room decor was 60's -70s so it reminded us of years past. Vaulted ceiling made it spacious and at night it let in some light. No.total darkness. We liked that . The bathroom floors were warm. Towels were used as curtains. Our towels were quite thin. Tv worked. The tissuesthat Mom used were good quality. No continental breakfast. Did have a kuerig in the office with good paper 🥤 cups.

I booked a room based on other reviews and regretted it. The room I was given #5 smelled of mold and mildew. The drapes could not be closed all the way because they were falling off the rod. When I opened the microwave there was a piece of cooked meat in it. Clearly the rooms are not throughly cleaned between guests. My other favorite was the curtains made from towels. The place needs to be gutted and completely renovated. I left after one night.

Whenever we come to the adirondacks to visit my family we stay at this motel. Small quaint little cabins that are perfect for our active itinerary. The fact that they allow dogs is huge for us seeing that we have two pumps that are attached to our hip.
Thanks for making everything streamlined year in and year out.

My husband and I stayed the weekend for the snowmobile show and we brought our dog with us and stayed in a cabin there. It was very comfy and they had the heat on when we got there which was great cuz it was… colder outside! Maggie and her husband were very welcoming and accomadating and we would definately stay there again. Thank you for your hospitality!
