Our luxury assisted living and memory care community offers a lifestyle like no other. The peaceful surroundings and elegant amenities create a distinctive home for our residents. Within the security of the Piney Woods, Prestige Estates is the ideal setting for our seniors to receive the assistance they need in order to be successful throughout the day.
It was a difficult time losing our Mom suddenly and knowing that our Dad was having trouble maintaining in their large home, yet we also knew it was time for change. We researched places to live and after interviewing and touring, we decided on Prestige Estates. It was an easy decision after meeting the staff ad seeing the facility.

After visiting and researching memory care facilities in Tyler, my sisters and I decided Prestige Estates was best suited to our family’s needs. It was also the most recommended by other professionals in this area. My 92 year old dad moved into Prestige the end of January 2020...2 months before Covid 19 hit Texas! Daddy had dementia, heart issues, hearing issues, and a few other limitations. Cheri, Keisha, and all the staff there made Daddy and the rest of us feel welcome and loved from day one. We quickly felt like family! When State mandates restricted visitation; Cheri and Keisha were amazing

When my dad passed away I started looking for a place for my mom to live. I had several in mind to visit. Prestige was my first & only place to visit. From the moment I walked in the beautiful, clean & warm setting & talked to the staff i knew that I had found it. Now 3 years later I couldn’t be happier with the love & care that she receives .

I move senior citizens in and out of Assisted Living Facilities all over Tyler. Therefore I am there, behind the scenes, before, during and after moves. The property is immaculate. From top to bottom every staff member is dedicated to the comfort of their residents. I judge senior communities on one thing.....Would I Want My Mother To Live There? The answer for Prestige Estates is YES!!

Where to begin? Prestige welcomed my mother-in-law with open arms and open hearts. The level of care she received was far and above what we could ever have asked. She was immediately made to feel at home by staff, administration, and residents. I've known about Prestige and the family that owns and operates the facility for many years but only from the outside looking in. They are some of the most loyal, genuine and caring people I've ever known and I truly believe they intentionally seek out staff that possess these same characteristics. After our Mother passed away, we were looking for the perfect place for our Dad to live. He is a retired physician who was absolutely lost without his beloved wife. We need not look anywhere else after walking into Prestige Estates. It lives up to it's name from the aesthetics to the employees. The place feels like home from the moment you walk through the doors. He has been there a little over 3 years now and we have been pleased since day one. DONT LET THE BEAUTY FOOL YOU!!! Our father was sent to the hospital and family was never contacted until another family member called our father to find out where he was on his cell phone. TIme and time again we had a horrendous time with the poor managament of this facility. Terrible response to issues, terrible attitudes, and a complete lack of dignity and respect to their residents. Ridiculously overpriced, very poorly managed, and just down right out incompetent.
