Services
We deliver & setup to most locations in the Kern River Valley, Lake Isabella, Kernville areas. Campgrounds or private residences that need extra room for guests. Delivery/setup/pickup fees are typically free for local Kernville, and reasonable fees vary depending on the location and distance. Buena Vista, Lake Ming, and high desert areas also serviced for additional fees.
Sites with Power Hookups: All our RVs are 30AMP service and work at any 30AMP or 50AMP campground site. Sites without Power Hookups: We provide 3400W or 3500W generators if requested that run off either propane or gasoline. If you're providing your own generator, a minimum of 3000W required to run A/C units.
Our RVs come fully stock with most basic necessities: pots, pans, dishes, utensils, area rugs, coffee makers, blender, toaster, and more. Tim arrived on time for both drop-off and pickup and the trailer was spotless and fully stocked. What more could you ask for? On top of that he was a pleasure to work with. This was my first time ever staying in a trailer, and the run-down he gave at drop-off of how to work all the systems was excellent and gave me confidence going into the weekend. I would definitely rent with Tim again.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! We are very happy we went with Tims Trailers on our recent camping trip to Kernville. He was very responsive to all my texts (and I sent him a lot lol). Our trailer was dropped early and was ready and waiting for us when we got there. He dropped off all the things we needed and even a few extras that I requested. We aren't trailer owners so we aren't familiar with the way things worked so again I texted him several times with basic questions that he answered right away. Tim and Mark are amazing and care about making your experience seemless and effortless. We were so excited when we pulled up to our campsite and saw a beautiful trailer (Jayco Jay Flight 19RD) all set up and ready to go. We already booked another trip and upgraded to a bigger trailer! Excellent Covid measures taken, New sponges, new hand towl, wrapped cups. Excellent care and service, also pet friendly 🐕 🐾

Tim's is the best! Trailer was nice, stocked with pots pans etc. ready to go! Tim even had ground mats and chairs. Trailer was clean and well maintained. The Jay Flight 23MBH was spacious inside. If you need a generator, Tim's generators are not the loud 'carpenter' type, but nice quiet ones. Tim is one of those businessmen that isn't happy unless you're happy. My wife and I were very pleased with the service. Thanks Tim!

Tim was a life saver!! After searching and messaging, my family and I were so lucky to be able to get a hold of Tim because he hooked us up. He was able to move things around with his reservations and was able to rent us the Bullet which is the RV we wanted. He was able to deliver it at the time we needed and his staff was so nice and patient with us. He set up the RV for us, provided us with the info needed on how to us and even picked it all up when we were done. The RV came with everything we needed. Outside rug, chairs, table, outside kitchen , fishing net and the interior was huge.

Tim was a pleasure to deal with. He is a professional from http://timstrailers.com/ The RV was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Clean linens, dishes, coffee maker with coffee and filters, chairs, firewood, BBQ. He delivered it to our site, set it up, leveled it, and picked it up when we were done. The bed was comfortable and the AC was cold. Highly recommend!

We just got home from camping at Headquarters on the Kern River, and we used Tim's Trailers. We can't say enough great things about Tim, the owner. We rented a 3 queen bed pop out trailer for our 4 nights stay. The trailer was super clean and big enough to sleep our party of 8 people. Tim included a table and fire wood, which was super helpful. We totally forgot our kids lifevests and Tim let us borrow some he had... what a lifesaver!!! We take a camping trip every year and will only rent our trailers from Tim's Trailers!!!!

As far as accommodations go in the area, it's either roughing it or spending $$$ for the few cabins in the area. I think Tim found the right balance with his service. Everything went well without a hitch. Just give him a call and decide where you want to go, and he pretty much takes care of the rest.

We were part of a church group that went to the kern river this year. We all rented from Tim and it was incredible. So much easier than dragging all of our stuff. Tim provided most of what we needed. We really only needed food and clothes and our own personal things. The camper trailer was so comfortable and slept all of us comfortably. He supplied so much it was so wonderful. Plus he was very easy to work and very personable. Definatly rent from Tim's Trailers.

We recently rented a trailer from Tim's Trailers when we were in the Kernville area. I had high expectations going into it because of the excellent customer service and communication from both Tim and Heather prior to our arrival. My family was not disappointed when we arrived and found a sparkling clean, new trailer all set up for us. In addition to the cleanliness, our trailer was stocked with bedding, toiletries, dish soap, trash bags, toilet paper, and many of the items that you would normally have to purchase and pack for a camping trip.
