The David Wilson Nursery began in 1981. David worked hard with a small amount of capital and a large dream to build a landscape design and build business. The addition of the cabin in 1984 was a monumental milestone in the growth of the business. In this cabin grew ideas and plans that led to additional growth, a new partnership in 1993 and the garden center building in 1994.
The addition of the outdoor living area in 2013 has made room to host many non-profit events and bring the surrounding communities together. Over 300 years of combined gardening & landscaping experience (yes, we said 300)! This translates to our dedication and ability to provide all of our customers with an array of services and top-quality materials!

At Willow Ridge Garden Center and Landscaping in Oak Ridge, Tenn., we have everything you need to make it easy to beautify your yard. We offer the best gardening and landscaping products in the Knoxville, Tennessee area, as well as an unmatched delivery service to bring your landscaping products directly to your home.
We sell bulk goods (mulch, topsoil, gravel, etc.) by the Bobcat Scoop, which is approximately 4/5 of a cubic yard. A scoop will cover approximately an 8' x 8' area 2"-3" deep, depending on the material. We can load your truck or trailer any time we're open, and we also offer delivery options. We deliver Monday-Saturday in our local delivery area as scheduled.

Love this garden center and lucky to find this plant nursery at the right time to start planting my herb harden and indoor plants. Very beautifully organized nursery with friendly and helpful staff to help you find the plant you want and guide you about it. The way hey have arranged the nursery is just amazing. Also they have a wide variety of uniquely styled containers and planters for small or big plants. Thye also offer landscaping services and planning (they plan and you plant) services. I've lived in oak ridge most of my adult life and I can't believe today was my first time coming here. It was amazing, like Disneyland to a plant/succulent addict like myself. I kind of just always assumed that building you see frm the road was all there is to it and I was very wrong. The property is huge! There are greenhouses, water plants set up on one side, beautiful ponds, outdoor section of planter pots plus the items inside the store and sporadically laid out throughout the property.
