Island Breeze Party Rentals was formed in 2005 as a part-time frozen drink machine rental company in the garage of Gabriel and Christine's home. They only had 4 frozen drink machines for rent. After great success with their "margarita machines", they purchased more machines as their business grew. Their customers started asking for tables and chairs so they expanded their collection of rental items in 2008.
All Frozen Drink Machines Are Delivered On A Rolling Utility Cart and Include Mix(es), 50 Cups & Straws, and a 25 ft. If you are a tax exempt organization, it is your responsibility to provide a tax exempt form to Island Breeze at the time of payment. The state of Texas requires that if you are a tax exempt organization and wish not to pay tax on items you rent or purchase, you must provide Island Breeze with a signed tax exempt form each year.
We know some of our customers have busy schedules and cannot reach us during normal office hours. Island Breeze Party Rentals is always accepting applications for reliable and hard-working applicants to fill a variety of job openings within our company. Our growing company offers exciting career possibilities for talented and energetic people like you. As a party and event rental company our positions include delivery drivers, drivers' assistants, equipment techs, event staff, and office administration.
Orders must be a minimum of $120.00 and within 20 miles of our location to qualify for delivery and pickup. Orders that are outside of 20 miles may require a higher minimum order. We rented a double machine from Island Breeze for our Halloween party last weekend. The maxhine made fantastic hurricanes and margaritas that we and our guests thoroughly enjoyed. (I recommend the cane sugar margarita mix) Everything was mixed, frozen and ready to go in about 1 1/2 hours- easy-peasy!
I would also like to say that the whole process of renting went smoothly from beginning to end.

My event required a pick up after midnight and Island Breeze operated in a manner of professionalism and excellence. They picked up after midnight but before the event required us to be out which was 1 AM. The online process was technically a 10. Easy, quick and done. I will definitely use them in the future. We rented bar tables and chairs for the covered patio outside and it was perfect! Thank you Island Breeze!

Booked a machine in advance for a party and a few days before the party I received a call that the delivery day needed to be moved up because they were short a driver. Not a huge deal, but it was an inconvenience. The next day I received another phone call that the pick up day had to be pushed back because they were short a 2nd driver. This was a bigger inconvenience and after talking to the lady on the phone she told me that if I couldn't be flexible with them then they would have to cancel my order. Our church has used Island Breeze rentals for many events throughout the past few years. Each time we've been very pleased. The equipment is always well-maintained, and the price is very reasonable. We've rented tents, chairs, and an ice cream machine. Delivery is always on-time (or early). And the communication is top-notch. It's a great company to do business with!
