This company came in thousands under other quotes. They actually hand make some of their duct work which is just unheard of these days (company owner has been in hvac business for over 35 years) and it is very professionally installed and finished. Their company is not a large chain like other so you will receive quality work although it may not be a quick as some others but the end product is worth it! Located in Covington, Va bit they travel up to Shenandoah Valley, down to roanoke and even to richmond

Took weeks to get the work actually done. Over charged for a job by thousands. Job wasn’t complete and came back the next day penny pinching for the remaining 15 mins of work. Also refused to give me a breakdown of parts/costs. Basically charging $3000 for four hrs labor and hiding it. The quality of work was acceptable but blatantly taking advantage of situations is tacky. Call Chapman’s instead, way more honest and open with billing.
