SeaGlass listens. Other MSPs I met seemed to insist on rubber stamping their brand of service on our systems. There is value in a consistent and proven strategy but every company has nuance, quirks and cultures. These folks had field engineers at the table when we met in order to interpret our needs. They clearly understood the ask and had easy to understand strategies to improve and transition our systems from what they are today to an affordable, modern platform going forward.

These guys do an amazing job, I used SeaGlass for an office 365 migration. I was impressed with their knowledge of exchange, office 365, and security best practices. One thing that got me to like them so much was the ability to handle some unique issues we ran into while syncing users. I would highly recommend them for any msp or contract services.
