Originally founded in 1971 by a young entrepreneur, Lee Jeffres took to the road in his 1954 Red Chevy truck and dump box, hauling gravel for Malicky Sand & Gravel. He later purchased a truck to haul cattle with, thus, the beginnings of Jeffres Trucking. In 1975, Lee purchased his first gravel pump, and began pumping gravel on property owned by his parents, Vance and Marjoria Jeffres.
Lee believes that lasting business relationships can only be built on a foundation of superior customer service. Lee has since passed those values onto his sons, Matt, Seth and Gabe, teaching them the importance of upholding the Jeffres' family commitment to consistent quality and dependable service.
