The job started out great. Duane was responsive and friendly. Very easy to talk to. There were definitely some communication issues as the job progressed. I ended up very unhappy and now he has basically refused to come correct issues that he said he would. I would not recommend, and definitely will not be using their services in the future.
Some of the problems could have been headed off if I had required more specific language in the contract. Be very careful of vague wording and get exact measurements in the contract language if you do decide to use them.. plus note- I was really really pleased
