Eric has been so great to work with. Not only is he fantastic at design and presentation, he's very helpful with helping our mission and values be seen throughout the entire website. We have seen an increase in referrals come to us through our website. We now focus more on how to interact with those that come across our website and how to engage them in our business.

Eric and Isaac were fantastic to work with. They took the time to learn about our business before developing the website that we had in mind. They were great at sharing their opinions but allowed us to make every decision. They were very patient with our IT company and did a great job figuring out a few hiccups we ran into. I couldn't be happier with how our project turned out, and I'm already impressed with their follow-up and service after the website launch!

Eric and the Bluestem Media team have been excellent to work with! We especially appreciated the collaborative design process, the thorough training, the supplemental videos and materials people can use if we "forget" how to edit our site after pages have gone live. Bluestem goes above and beyond to make sure all photos and graphics are high quality, and the website is both clear and easy to navigate. When we ask people how they connected with our church, one of the most common responses we receive is "through the website!"

As a someone who isn’t familiar with web-page design, updating my site has always been a daunting task.
