By law your insurance company cannot require you to go to a particular shop. They might tell you that they "can't guarantee the repairs if you don't go to one of their shops". But don't worry, Bob Mickey Collison guarantees all of our repairs for as long as you own it. Some insurance companies may want you to visit their drive-in claims center at another shop before having your car repaired.

I was able to get in for an estimate relatively quickly and was happy with how I was treated. 1.5 months later I called the insurance company to see where the check for this work was, but they didn't receive the estimate.
I called Bob Mickey's and they were unable to send the preliminary estimate to insurance "until it has been taken apart and a more detailed estimate can be performed." This was not the impression I got while there. I'm sure they do great work, but I'm struggling to see why I would recommend them.

My truck was damaged in the Storm of 2020 like alot of other vehicles. The good folks at Bob Mickey were chosen by me to make her look great again and I want you all to know they did an amazing job! My vehicle was damaged in the August 2020 storm, as many others were, and I decided to reach out to Bob Mickey Collision Center to receive an estimate for the damages due to all of the positive reviews I read on Google. In September, I had created an appointment to receive an estimate and did not mind that I needed to wait until mid-November since they were initially very kind and responsive.
On the date of my appointment, Trent essentially turned me away and told me that the damages were likely to be twice the amount that was written on the check issued by my insurance company, without assessing
