I've never been a big fan of talking about myself. So, I'll keep this brief. I am MARIA WEBER, MS, RD, CDN. I am a Registered Dietitian and Integrative Nutritionist. I have a Master's Degree in Nutrition and have been in private practice since 2003 as owner of ACTIVE NUTRITION. I started out as a fitness instructor.
A one-time visit may be all you need or a multi-session plan may by necessary to keep you accountable and help you reach your goals. Includes unlimited messaging, photo food & activity log, capability to sync with wearable activity trackers, and more! MyGutProgram is a 6-week therapeutic program tailored to your individual needs, using a variety of tools, to help heal your gut revitalizing you back to health.
Everyone participates 'hands-on' to prepare and enjoy nutritionist-approved, themed, healthy recipes together! With the guidance of your dietitian/nutritionist, not only will you prepare and enjoy your creations, but probably pick up a tip or fun fact about the recipes and ingredients used along the way.
Your nutrition appointments may be covered if you have any of the following insurance plans. It is your responsibility to contact a member services representative to verify coverage and whether or not you have a co-pay for a specialist visit. The phone number is on the back of your insurance card. Once you've found out that your insurance will cover the visit, book your initial in-person consultation.
