After serving customers within State Farm claims in 2006 to serving agents for 13 additional years after, I always wanted to be in the front lines contributing to our customers, our team of agents and our local community. As a State Farm agent I have served at our local High Schools by providing educational driving and insurance courses.

I have been dealing with different companies every 6 months and none was as helpful and informative as Maggie was.., I believe I will stick with State Farm from here on out just because of the quotes, rates professionalism and value that I was I set up with from her!! Maggie was the agent who helped me with my insurance. I normally don’t write reviews but after dealing with her she left a great impression on me! She is informative, helpful, and has great customer service skills! If you need insurance and tired of dealing with people who only care about their paycheck and not the customer go to Maggie. The company was unable to provide me with a lower rate which was fine as there are other insurance companies. However my experience when canceling my policy was one for the books. I’ve been working with Monica a agent for state farm who has never lead me in the wrong direction, can’t say the same for the other that work in the office. The day I called to cancel my policy spoke with Matthew who I believe I asked simple questions as to how much was my refund and how it would be refunded. The agent responded by saying “ I don’t know”. When I stated that was not a clear answer agent said

Robbin Moore is the absolute BEST! She has always been there when I needed advice on my insurance options and outstandingly guided me after I was involved in an accident that was due to another persons negligence.
I have dealt with many insurance agents over the years and Robbin is the best I have ever had to deal with. She is personable, understanding, and very trustworthy. If Robbin says she will do something for you it will probably be done while you are one the phone with her!
