East Cobb Upper Cervical Spine Clinics was founded in 2020 by Upper Cervical Chiropractic Specialist, Dr. Milan Modi. The initial vision, to create a small handful of patient-centered and personal clinics led to many conversations with friends and family. Those conversations built the excitement. Lastly, that excitement is what we have in Marietta, Georgia today - a beautiful patient-focused office where we are able to provide exceptional care.
After graduating, Dr. Modi wanted to continue learning about the body and its natural healing processes. He discovered Upper Cervical chiropractic and had a long conversation with a family friend who worked as a chiropractor. Following that conversation, he applied to Life University - the world's top chiropractic school.
Upper Cervical Chiropractic is a specific and specialized form of care that only less than 1,800 specialists worldwide practice. Our main focus is to analyze the head and neck region for any neuro-structural abnormalities. Your spinal cord and nerves are within your spinal column. If the head and neck are misaligned, it places abnormal stress on the cord and can result in many health issues that extend beyond pain.

I have only positive things to say about my experience with Dr. Modi. He is kind and concerned for the client's well-being, while professional and solution-focused. He is knowledgable and works towards educating and empowering the client for the ultimate goal of sustained wellness for the client. He is not interested in client dependency upon his services and you will not be expected to commit to long-term care. The improvement to my personal well-being has been remarkable and I am grateful for my experiences with Dr. Modi.

Dr. Modi is an awesome chiro. He helped me not only with my main concerns but also with whatever I had coming in. 2 cases were he got my high BP to go lower than ever, and another was a really sore pec but after a visit, I walked out without the soreness whatsoever. Best thing about was that he strives for correction/future issue prevention, providing knowledge, and not just simply instant relief even though he is capable of either which truly shows his care for his patients. Wish you the best doc, keep up the good you do, I know you helped me out ^^

Dr. Modi has drastically changed my life for the better! Since age 10 (I’m now 49), when I had a gymnastics neck injury, I’ve had forward head-carriage, lack of curvature in my neck and lots of painful muscle tension throughout my upper back, neck and shoulders. I’ve been to SO MANY chiropractors in CA, TN, MS and here in GA. Some did X-rays and some didn’t. All of them would twist and crack me and then want me to come back twice a week for the rest of my life (basically!) at $35-$50 a pop to continue getting that temporary relief. Some also used massagers such as rollers, waterbeds, electrodes

Dr. Modi is very personable and put me right at ease. He did a thorough exam and then had a personalized plan for me which included upper cervical adjustments, full spine adjustments and rehab. He explains everything before, during and after which helps me understand the process and have confidence in the results. I can't remember when my mobility has been as good as it is right now.
