Accepted offer the day after listing!! I bought my house originally with Marcia 5 years ago and was ready to sell so I sent her a message. She responded quickly and we got the ball rolling. Marcia went above and beyond to make sure all the details of selling were taken care of. She spent the next day after listing hard at work to go through all the offers and put in extra late and early morning hours to help me make my final decision for the accepted offer. There was excellent communication throughout and I was able to sign all paperwork on line! Thank you Marcia for being an amazing trustworthy

I'm not sure where to start when it comes to my experience with Marcia as our realtor. We had (3) goals when we made the decision to improve our lot in life and begin the process of selling our home and buying a new forever home.

At a time when I was looking to get my parents to consider moving into a smaller place for the two of them. Marcia graciously took the time to show me properties and spend some time with my parents to discuss their options as well as go over some properties to meet their needs. They decided not to sell but I was very impressed with her professional approach while maintaining a sense of compassion. This was huge for two people who did not want to sell the house that brought them so many good memories. She will be listing the property when that time comes, no question on that.
