I have been a customer for years and this time my usual person (Vincent) was not available so I went to the guy who sat in front of him. This guy was VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL to me and any other customer who was there!! It was Christmas Eve and he started singing in a Christmas tune "I wish the customers would go home, I wish the customers would go home". After being super rough with my nails and not paying attention to the quality of them, because the middle finger is thicker than any other nail, he asked me if I liked his song. I told him that it was bad for business and after singing it so

With be being a customer for years, I went into Happy Nails two weeks ago and got a fresh set. Two days later I saw a minor crack in my left pointer finger and went back to the nail salon and wanted to get the nail replaced because I didn’t want any damage done to my real nail because of a cracked acrylic nail. Instead of getting a new nail i received a file down and a little reapplication to the area where the crack was. Unsatisfied but with a solution I left. Three days later I received a full crack in the middle of my acrylic AND real nail. Causing me to bleed and the finger become sore. I

The girl that did my nails did an AWESOME job & was SO SWEET! This is honestly my favorite set of nails (the black & silver set) I've ever had & that's saying a lot. The pedicures are pretty good. Depends on who you get honestly. They were able to make my toe feel SO much better by removing an ingrown toenail that I had. Next time I go, I will be sure and ask the sweet lady's name that did my nails last time I went & come back & add it.

Vincent let just say he's the best one they have to offer he the best can't say it a enough if u want ur nails done right ask for Vincent he won't disappointed
