Travis graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management in 2004. After graduation he went to work for Pulte Homes, the nation's second largest home builder. He worked for Pulte in South Florida as a final phase supervisor. There he learned how to work on a high speed and efficient production schedule - closing two homes a day.
Following his time with Pulte Homes he decided to return to Utah and joined Hamlet Homes as a Home Building Supervisor. Travis oversaw the construction of hundreds of single-family and multifamily homes in the Salt Lake City area. In 2009, the entrepreneurial spirit kicked in and Travis co-founded his own company, South Point Builders.
