Do not use this contractor at all. They sent me a low level technician to my place to repair my central A/C. He could not figure out the problem. He had to call his main office all of the time to try and figure out the problem. When he put a part on my outside compressor he needed a diagram from his cellphone. Because he did not tell me the charges upfront. He gave me the final charges of 700.00 . 225.00 an hour approximately for a technician who could not figure out my problem. They are a ripoff. Do not use them.

Dustin was amazing. He came and assessed our situation and immediately advised us on what the best thing would be to do. My girlfriend and I recently moved down to Florida from Chicago to take care of my parents' home while they are in the process of selling their house in Chicago and retiring down here. Our A/C had been on the fritz and after we set up an appointment for the next available time, the A/C gave out completely. This was our first time using BAM. They just installed two mini splits for us. They were prompt, courteous,and did great work. The units worked better than anticipated. The technicians, Dustin and Johnathon, took pride in their work. The owner, Ward, went above and beyond to accommodate our specific needs and gave us a very reasonable price. We will definitely use them for any future needs.

All I can say is top notch. Justin and his team check all the boxes when it comes to service, selection, installation, professionalism and here in Florida... being on time and delivering what you're promised. AC failed and Big Air was at my house the same day to diagnose the issue and the next day to install new hardware.
