I have left several messages with questions regarding my ex-husband's cremation. No one ever called me back. I just finally called for the fifth time and spoke to Dana he was very rude and told me he had to go and was not going to further discuss anything with me. Or help me pay for the cremation and my sons father's death. The rudest person during this horrible time thanks a lot Dana for nothing. You rude tone and couldn't wait to get off the phone attitude is disgusting.

Dana and his staff were exceptionally professional, compassionate, helpful, and responsive to our needs. Their service was very efficient and we had no stress throughout the process. We had our brother cremated and separated 8 ways which required a lot of paperwork, but Dana made it all go very smoothly. His communication was excellent! The rates were affordable, and the service we received was superior. I feel we made a great choice going with Funerals Your Way.

We were frantic trying to find a local crematorium at the last minute and were worried about blindly picking a place and making sure the arrangements would be ready in time. Summer at Funerals Your Way was very kind and caring. She answered all of my questions and made the entire process so very easy. In the time of covid she sent all the information and paperwork to me via email with no issue. The entire process from first co ya ring them to viewing and then picking up my loved ones remains was about 2 weeks. They offered many options and could accommodate many different needs. I would highly recommend them.

I was left to make all of the arrangements for my sister who passed away in San Diego. It was an unexpected circumstance. I came across Funerals Your Way on a list I was provided. Funerals Your Way and Dana we highly recommend. We made several calls to other providers and did our diligence. Dana was responsive and answered our questions. Other providers were slow to respond or did not respond at all. FYW were professional throughout the process. We selected the Direct Cremation for our loved one. We felt comfortable with Dana and the process. Fair price and excellent service. Even with this COVID issue, it was all handled in a timely and professional manner.

I engaged this company due to an a last-minute issue as a previous provider did not come through. I was recommended this firm by our Hospice organization and had a very positive experience. All the group there was one queue and ready to have everything taken care of with notice done at the last minute from our part.
I found them affordable, compassionate, and very easy to do business with. Considering all that is going on at present (COVID and other considerations) and a very complicated personal situation, having this done with at the last minute, was affordable, with gentle and kind staff

Dana and Funerals Your Way is excellent to work with. He saved us over $2K from what the local mortuary was going to charge us and the services were just as good.
In our case we already had a burial site at a local cemetery purchased. Because the grave site was there initially they told me I needed to work with them. But after speaking with Dana I learned we could by-pass the mortuary part of that local business.
The only recommendation I have for you who are just getting started with this process is to warn you that there are additional burial charges that are significant. I got confused

Unfortunately, another church member passed away recently, I had to contact Funeral Your Way again. Fortunately, Dana is there, and is super nice as always, and made difficult time easier. To accommodate decedent's family's special needs, he came back to work after left office, also patiently modified arrangements to fit decedent's family's changing plans. Also price is quite reasonable. I highly recommend him and Funeral Your Way.

I highly recommend Funerals Your Way. The staff were very professional, compassionate and was very helpful during a very emotionally difficult experience. My Mom passed away shortly after hospice care last December 13. Cremation was her wishes. We had to bring her ashes back to her homeland in the Philippines. Funerals Your Way staff gave me specific instructions & directions on the permits required for airline and how to obtain all the necessary documents. My sister passed away suddenly in July. I didn't know where to begin making arrangements for her cremation or what type of service we wanted. I was lucky enough to come upon the site for San Diego Burials at Sea. I called and spoke with Tawanna Mathie - what a treasure! She was kind and compassionate, and helped me make all of the selections from the yacht to the menu. Dana from Funerals Your Way took care of all of the paperwork and cremation arrangements. Everything was handled promptly and smoothly, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

There's not much to say about these things. It's not something you typically review and you don't want to deal with this....it's not fun.
That being sad, Funerals Your Way was recommended by my mother's hospice. They were right. Dana was easy to deal with and made it real simple.
I didn't need anything fancy or complicated. I just wanted to deal with the logistics of laying my mother to rest and get back to my family and our grieving.
Dana was great. He was open to talk if I wanted to, but didn't make me talk more than I wanted. He didn't keep on the phone
