Very knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend him for any inspection needs. Which I would DEFINITELY not say about some others in the area. Also does his best to get you in ASAP which is very helpful in the home buying process! 10/10 great service!👍🏻

I had Knox Enterprise complete a home and pest inspection on a house I am in the process of purchasing. He was professional and extremely knowledgeable. His reports were thorough and easy to read. He was informative during the entire process and answered any questions I had even showing me what he was looking at as thins came up that a new home owner should know. I was told he was the best around, and they weren't lying. Pricing was worth every penny. I would highly recommend him for your home inspections.

I cannot stress enough how awesome Knox Enterprise is. Jimmy did my home inspection earlier this year and was very thorough and professional. He also leveled our front yard over the summer after someone else replaced sewer lines and our yard was a mess. And again last week when we were having electrical issues, we called him and he was here first thing the next morning (it wasn’t urgent). Very knowledgeable and responds quickly! I would 10/10 recommend Knox Enterprise to anyone and I personally will be using him in the future!
