Mike let us know the state of our yard and what it was going to take to make it better. He was honest and told us that if we didn't mow more frequently we'd be wasting our money. Sure enough we followed his directions and after their treatments our yard is looking the best it's ever been. Very pleasant to work with and I'm looking forward to continuing business with them.
