The Kripalu Yoga and Wellness Center of Northern New York is founded on the belief that all humanity is one family and that the Divine is within each of us. Our Center is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the integration of body, mind and spirit. We support this philosophy through the teaching and practice of yoga, health related programs, and services to nurture personal growth and community.

Come join us for a revitalizing, relaxing 90-minute yoga class and find your peaceful center within. Join us for drumming, healing, and other events. We have eight acres of land including a 70-foot labyrinth, a stone circle, a mile walking trail and a tipi. The trail is open to the public during daylight hours.

The Kripalu Yoga and Wellness Center has been located in Adams Center, New York, since 1976. We are a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the integration of body, mind, and spirit. We are founded on the belief that all humanity is one family and that the Divine dwells within each of us.
A Labyrinth is an ancient geometric form used as a spiritual tool; a primordial symbol representing inspiration, meditation and prayer. The origins are not known but they have been found in Egyptian tombs, Cretan coins, Celtic stones, Christian churches and in Pima and Hopi Indian traditions. Until recently they were rare in the United States.
A stone circle is a megalithic monument. The building of stone circles began between 3000-5000 years ago all over the UK and in parts of Europe. Most were constructed in the late Neolithic to early Bronze Age periods. History suggests that these early circles were associated with burial grounds or ceremonial purposes, as well as an aid for farmers as calendars for Solstice sunrises and sunsets.
Geocaching is a game, a sport and an activity for anyone with a love of the outdoors and an interest in modern technology, a GPS device. This is one of the most exciting and quickly growing games in recent history. The simple guidelines have remained the same - find the cache, take something, leave something, and sign the logbook.
KYWC hosts weekly yoga classes and the once-monthly wellness connection and drumming/meditation circle. Kripalu also hosts special classes and events related to healing, wellness, and spirituality. These events are listed in the News section of the website and on our Facebook Page. Join us for an energy healing session with one of our certified practitioners. the third Sunday of each month.
