Tri-County Industries offers residential curbside garbage collection in many areas within Armstrong County, Butler County, Clarion County, Crawford County, Erie County, Forest County, Lawrence County, Mercer County, and Venango County. With our residential recycling service, you can put all of your approved recyclables into a single container for clean, easy recycling.
From a spring cleaning to a major construction project, a dumpster may be the solution for storing and removing large volumes of waste. Containers are sized from 10 cubic yards to 30 cubic yards for open containers. Whether you're a homeowner or a contractor, whether the project is large or small, we can supply a container that is just right for you.
All trucks and tractors licensed or registered for over 17,000 lbs and all trailers licensed or registered for over 10,000 lbs must bear an Act 90 Waste Hauler sticker. Conveniently located 2 miles from 1-79, our drop-off facilities allow you to haul your own trash or drop off a bag. We do not accept liquids including but not limited to: oil, antifreeze, wet paint (paint can be dried).
The Covered Device Recycling Act (CDRA) requires that select electronic devices no longer be disposed of in Pennsylvania landfills. All of these devices are required to be properly recycled. Please see more regarding the CDRA requirements and your options below. The following items are not permitted in the landfill and must go to special recycling facilities.

I am forced to have this garbage service ! I call every week to complain about my trash not being picked up! I tell them the time when they were thru picking up the trash and i get well
it does not look like they was there yet wait till after noon and call back if it was not pick up ( but my cameras don`t lie) They say they’ll have someone come back around meanwhile 5 trucks just pass by & never stop! If I could cancel this horrible service I would and use Waste Management ! I never had this much trouble with WM ,Why pay for a service I don’t receive and have to basically beg them to come

Probably hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Trash service was missed multiple times. I'll admit we only called once in regards to missed service so the absolute "gem" of a (apparently a supervisor???) Customer service agent named Cindy made sure to let me know how that was my fault. I've experienced better service at a busy McDonald's in metro Detroit. Rude people. Just downright rude and unhelpful. The other rep, started with a K, don't remember or care to remember more, made sure to instead of attempting to retain our business, threaten us with collections/contract

If I could give less than one star, they deserve it. I signed up with them in October, and for the last two weeks they haven't picked up my trash. When my partner called them to ask why, a "supervisor" named Cindy, made my partner cry on the phone. When I called back to ask why, another rep named Keyona said that they can't do anything because I didn't call on Christmas(when I'm assuming they were closed) to report my trash not being taken. Fast forward to this week, again no trash service, but somehow I'm the bad guy because I didn't call on a holiday. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I have service in Greenville and it’s gotten to where my garbage is not being picked up every three weeks or so. My can can be beside my landlord’s and they take his but not mine. When I do call the office I basically get told that my can was not out. I put it out around 3:00 the day before. Everyone else gets their garbage picked up. My lid has been thrown down the sidewalk. When this does occur they tell me someone will be out to pick up my garbage. This does not always happen. If I could have another company I would.

They do what they want when they want....trash pick is horrible...they will take all of your trash plus your cans....then othervtimes wont take anything but maybe one bag...stay away at all costs...dont even try to call to get help from their service line....they dont know anything..cant answer anything at all....

Broke my garbage bin more than once (second time they threw the lid away and they don't supply trash bins), took bags of trash out of bin and left it because bin "too full", left notes on trash bin about improper placement, never came at a consistent time, and increased bill every quarter I had their service.

First they just leave trash to blow around the neighborhood they empty the bins and just either leave them laying on the road or in the yard. The homeowner is responsible for the bins, so if the drivers damage the bin the homeowner will have to pay. Not profrssional at all. No respect for customers property. Not worth the money just wish utility that is forced upon them. Hermitage wouldn't use them. Sad that residents don't have a say about a

Send out fake Bill's and collection notices to try and get you to get service. When called out on it get told it's legal no no it's not. Sending out fake bills late fees is called a scam then told by law you have to use us. Theres no trash law .
I can take my trash were I choose as I have a business and I have waste contract elsewere.
Also you guys are a monopoly which agian not legal.

Unfortunately the driver keeps leaving my empty can in my driveway rather than off the driveway where they found it. This means I have to park in the road to move the can so I can pull in. Apparently pushing the empty can the additional 2 feet requires too much effort. Looking for other waste removal options.

Offer a lovely combination of hidden charges and awful customer service because they have a monopoly in the area and therefore have no motivation to care. Took 3 months to get my trash cans because they ran out. Yes, you read that right. A TRASH company ran out of TRASH cans. Incredible. To add insult to injury, I then got slapped with a hidden $10 delivery charge for my 3 month late cans.
TRASH is the only word that accurately describes this company.

If I could leave no stars I most certainly would. They constantly forget to pick up my trash even when I go running after them like a mad woman down the street. I can in to complain and I am accused of lying about it. They act as if it is my fault even though they are being paid for a service that is not rendered.
