I discovered my love for real estate at the age of 5, when my family arrived at Frank Lloyd Wright's "Falling Water, " only to discover I was too young to take the tour. I was devastated! My desire to tour the beautifully crafted home far outweighed my desire to play in the 'Kids Area.' Let's just say I successfully negotiated my way onto the tour and haven't looked back since!

Christina and her team made the process of selling our home so easy and we are so grateful! Every recommendation she made worked out from the stager, last minute home improvements, and a last minute cleaning service. The house sold so quickly we didn't have to worry about anything. It was the most seamless process during what is normally a stressful time.

I can't speak highly enough about my experience with VV Parker. I was a first-time homebuyer with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. I met with a couple of realtors before VV, but knew instantly that she was the realtor for me. She is honest and hands-on (she was on her hands and knees checking out the living room tile for me!) and she really helped to take the pressure off. Courtney Zettlemoyer was my agent on the Christina Elliott team and she did a fantastic job from start to finish! She was very knowledgeable of the local real estate market and was realistic about what the home could sell for (it sold right around her estimate). My home was on the market for 2 months with a discount brokerage platform and received very little traction. After contacting Courtney and her team, we had the home re-priced, staged, and sold in 2 weeks. I would highly recommend Courtney and the Christina Elliott team!

Our house sold in four days and at $23,000 above asking price. I could stop there, but, I won’t. Christina and her team are not just fantastic, they are extremely skilled professionals.
