I bought a package for 6 sessions of laser hair removal. Extremely hard to make an appointment and lots of cancellations due to their staff being off or sick without offering a new convenient time to reschedule. Still have 3 sessions left but noone picks up the phone or respond to messages since January 2020. Needless to say that their laser is probably not even working as my family member finished 6 sessions with absolutely no improvement. I do not recommend this place.

I waited a long time to leave a review to give this company a chance to redeem themselves but unfortunately that never happened. I will keep it very simple in saying that I wasted around $700 dollars here on laser hair removal due to ineffectiveness at the hands of an inconsistent and inexperienced staff with a hit and miss treatment every time I went. Unfortunately I am leaving this experience with no results and a damaged tattoo from not one but two of the girls lasering over it and no offer to cover the touch up tattooing fee I'm going to have to get. I am giving this place a 2 because I had 6 laser sessions and each were given by a different person. They all attempted different techniques. There were times someone would do very quickly or leave some areas. And sometimes they will do very slow. First time I went, the person who was going to give me treatment made me feel bad about myself because they said atleast now you will look better than outside. I still remember doubting myself and feeling conscious about my face and thinking I don’t look normal. Yesterday was my last treatment and person who gave treatment claimed they are a nurse practitioner

If you like consistency you will be disappointed. I purchased the promotional pricing on Groupon. Haven't seen any results. I was not able to get the same nurse everytime. The front desk advised me that is because all the nurses are part time only. This is their second job & they only get put on the schedule when they need extra income or what not. So, it's not likely that you will get the same person twice.

I bought a Groupon, for this place and would not recommend them to anyone. Not only are they unprofessional, but they are rude. They cancelled my appointment because they can't maintain staffing and then couldn't accommodate my schedule for the same reason. I've left several messages to speak with the owner and no one has bothered to call me back. On top of everything they told Groupon that I "redeemed" the coupon, I paid for 6 sessions and only got 1, so now I'm forced to have my credit card company fight it out with them. Don't waste your money or time on this one.

After reading some of these reviews I finally don't feel bad for feeling the way I do....at first I loved this place but after waiting patiently to see results from my laser treatments I saw nothing unfortunately! I waited 8 plus months and no change to hair growth and I did 5 different areas. I have to agree with the two other women who mentioned that machines being knock offs and unbranded. I had high hopes and I won't be coming back unless they upgrade all their equipment

I have to start off by saying that all the Nurses that work here are AMAZING and so sweet! The office is really nice and clean...That being said, I have to talk about the services and results! I purchased 12 sessions of laser hair removal on multiple parts (under arms, face, legs, and more) and after finishing them I have not seen ANY results or changes in hair growth which makes me so sad! I spent a lot of money but unfortunately the equipment that they are using are fake/cheap/knock offs! There is no branding on the machines, super old style and the higher level the laser goes the slower it works

Unfortunately I cannot recommend. They were very nice but their laser treatment was just not effective. It appeared to be a no name made in China laser and after 7 treatments, I MAYBE have 10% less growth. I had a different person every time I went and each one gave me conflicting information. I was also never told how long my hair was supposed to be until several treatments in (it usually needs to be shaved with newer machines but not the case here). I was interested in a few of their other treatments but concerned they use knock off machines that won't be effective....so I'll pass.

I’ve come here for various treatments since they opened and continue to go back. I have been very happy with the services provided and commented to the doctor today I look ten years younger than I did 10 years ago - lol.
The staff are friendly, professional and always helpful. And the prices are fair.
I highly recommend this business to anyone who wants to look and feel better!

They advertise on Groupon charge but do not provide the services BE AWARE... they have done this to multiple people dont believe me look at all these other reviews. Be careful with GROUPON there are multiple companies that lack integrity especially shopping online & it will be difficult to get your money back

I have had a great experience at Neo Aesthetics, been going here for almost a year now. I have been getting laser treatments for quite a while and I can safely say I highly recommend this place. Being in the medical profession myself I am quite picky on the type of laser, cleanliness etc and I am pleased with my experience here so far. The staff is great, entire process is quick and the results are effective. They are also reasonably priced compared to other laser places which makes this place a complete package!

I haven't had any contact with anyone from this office. I purchased a groupon for laser hair removal which seemed like a great buy. I left a message almost a week ago and have not heard anything back. I have called several times and even attempted to book an online appointment. There is not an option for the laser hair removal service so I tried a different service. The next appointment showing is WEEKS out. I will be stopping by the office tomorrow to see if they can even schedule me. before 4 weeks. if not I will most likely ask for a refund on groupon.

This place is a joke, I took me several weeks to get ahold of someone to schedule the 1st appointment, then a few appt later they cancelled a appt when I went to reschedule they put me out almost 4 more weeks, I called to see they can fit me in earlier the receptionist on the phone gave me so much attitude. I can not believe it. I can not wait to be done here I will not using them again and I make sure the family and friends I recommend this place to don't go here either.

I had Xeomin done with Amy & I am very happy. She was professional, & very nice. It was my first time receiving xeomin and she explained the procedure throughly & made me feel less anxious and comfortable getting it done. I will be going back to Amy for my touch ups & any other work that I decide to do in the future.

I ordered a groupon for this company and I called them all day yesterday morning and then finally decided to leave a message so I could at least make 1 appt out of the 6 I have. They never answered or called back! What kind of business doesn't answer the phone! I got my money back from groupon, I'm so disappointed.

I made a purchase through Groupon and tried to make an appointment before my Groupon expires, however, I was not able to contact them for 2 weeks! I had no idea if they're still in business or not. I called Groupon and reported this. Groupon said they would return my call on this matter in 3 days. Still, no anwers. I decided to get my refund. It's so ridiculous that a business does not pick up your calls and you're always forwarded to an automated answering machine.
